Took your first school bus ride(w/o mommy or daddy) to go on a fieldtrip with your new daycare.

Grace got an early birthday present

Grammy came over yesterday to take Grace to her Upward cheerleading game while daddy and PaPaw stayed at our house so daddy could help PaPaw with a "project." Grammy & PaPaw bought Grace a trampoline for her birthday (which is this Wednesday the 28th). Grace was so excited when she got home and found out there was a surprise for her. She was up at 5:30 AM this morning asking if she could go outside and jump. Later on in the afternoon Sara brought the boys over to play outside. The kids jumped on the tramoline with our neighborhood kids for 4 hours straight. Grace was so tired that Ashley haf to bring her in crying. The girls ate dinner, had a bath, and were sound asleep by 7 pm.

Cousins

We celebrated Sara's b-day last night at our house. We all got together yo eat snacks, visit, and play Wii. My oldest nephew Parker came over also. He is now 18 and goes to Collin College. The "little" cousins LOVE Parker and think wrestling with him is so much fun. I just couldn't resist posting this fun picture.

Happy Birthday Sara!

Yesterday was my little sister Sara's birthday. It is so neat to see how time changes a relationship. Growing up it was always her and my big sister against me. And she would take all of my clothes, wear them and then throw them in the bottom of her closet and I wouldn't see them again until I went digging through her messy room. I couldn't stand her growing up. Then we grew up, got married 4 months apart, moved 12 minutes from each other, and had our 1st babies 9 months apart. WOW! We are closer now than we have ever been. It is so much fun spending Saturday's together since our hubby's are at work. Our kids LOVE each other. Well they have a LOVE/HATE relationship because they see each other so much. It is so fun going to the zoo, the park, the backyard, and shopping together. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARA! I LOVE YOU!

Purple Cast

I got a new cast on the 12th. This one is purple. It is a different type of cast that covers me elbow but does not cover the inside of my elbow (not sure what that is called). This cast allows me to bend my arm towards and away from me but prevents me from twisting it anyway. Odd sounding I know. The DR. said that it would hurt worse this last week and boy was he right. Not only did it take a week of bending my arm to get the stffness out of my elbow but from my fingers to my elbow my arm just plain hurts. It will swell up at just doing the smallest thing.

Beauty Shop

Ava got some pretend make-up for Christmas and decided that daddy would be a great customer since he was watching football one night this week. She gave him lipstick and then decided to paint his toes. Grace got in on the action when the camera came out.

BRIGHT Pink

I got a new cast on Monday. The girls kept saying that they wanted me to get a pink cast. I didn't think that I could stand pink for a long period of time. The Dr. said that this cast would stay on until next Monday and then they would put on a new one. The girls love it and were so excited to get to sign it. Ava had to ask for help because she wanted her name. She can spell her name so she told Ashley all of the letters and he wrote it for her. I think that the plaster cast felt better than this fiberglass one. I can't reach any itches in this cast and it gets hotter and sweatier than the plaster one did. Isn't it cute that their names are on here.
